Junk Food Dieters

You are probably already aware of the new breed of calorie counters – the junk food dieters. These people think little of what they are eating, the main thing for them is that the food is low or no calorie. At the same time, they don´t care if it contains more chemicals and artificial ingredients than a bottle of hair spray! This can be bad for you health and your weight loss goals.

Low fat potato chips, no calorie cookies and iced nonfat latte alone will not make your body happy. Serious weight loss is about eating right in the long run, and to excercise a bit as well. Many junk food dieters eat low fat crap instead of low fat real food – you MUST understand the distinction between the two. If you go for low fat junk, you body will react, you´ll get tired and you will lose that motivation you need, after a while. The reason is that you never get that free feeling of more energy that you get when you have lost a few pounds the normal way!

Almost every snack brand has their own low calorie line – you´ve seen the bags of 100 calorie potato chips. But, in a way it´s like giving non alcohol beer to an alcoholic, the reaction is that someone that doesn´t have control of their eating actually risk eating even more.

Eat good low fat food, excercise and use a quality fat binder instead. That is the most effective way to lose those extra pounds.
